STEP Reference No. PK-RSU-SINDH-569945-NC-RFQ 1. The Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan through Government of Sindh has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Sindh Early Learning Enhancement through Classroom Transformation (SELECT) project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES FOR TRAINING PROGRAMS OF GTs, SCs, AND STs IN 232 CLUSTERS ACROSS 12 DISTRICTS OF SINDH. 2. The Project Management and Implementation Unit (PMIU) SELECT, Reform Support Unit (RSU), School Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD), Government of Sindh, is inviting sealed quotations for the PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES (standard meal and refreshment packages FOR TRAINING PROGRAMS OF GTs, SCs, AND STs, to be delivered on-site at designated training venues across 12 districts of Sindh, in accordance with the training schedule (Phase 1 to Phase 5) set out in the RFQ document. 3. Interested bidders are required to submit their quotations based on the specifications, standard menu, schedule of requirements and terms and conditions outlined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document. The RFQ document can be downloaded free of cost from https://rsu-sindh.gov.pk, where this notice is also available. 4. Bidding will be conducted through the Request for Quotations procedure as specified in the World Bank “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, July 2016 (Revised November 2017 and August 2018). 5. Quotations must be delivered to the address given below on or before Sept 07, 2026 at 12:00 Noon . Late quotations will be rejected. 6. Submission of quotations in electronic format is not allowed.
