School Education Department REQUEST FOR QUOTATION The Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit (PMIU), School Education Department has received financing from the World Bank through GPE toward the cost of the Getting Result: Access and Delivery of quality Education Services and System Transformation in Punjab (GRADES-STP) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Student Learning Kits (Stationery, Printed Materials) and Water Coolers (RFQ No. PK-PMU-GSTEP-568301-GO-RFQ). The lot wise quotations are invited from well reputed registered firms having NTN and GST Registration. The complete quotations (hard form) along with all required documents as requested in the RFQ must reach this office by September 04, 2026 till 11:30 a.m. Any quotation received after the scheduled time shall not be entertained and would be returned unopened. Request for Quotations (RFQ) document can be downloaded (FREE OF COST) from the Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit – Punjab Education Sector Reforms Programme (PMIU-PESRP) website https://www.pesrp.edu.pk/ Procurements/Goods & Services. Procurement will be conducted through the Request for Quotations procedure, as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers –September 2023, and is open to all eligible firms as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Firms are requested to give their best and final prices as negotiations are not allowed. The Quotations shall be valid for a period as specified in the Request for Quotations document.
