1. The Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP) Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract [1]for Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Procurement of Day-to-Day Office Supplies (Stationery, Computer Stationery, Cost of Other Store etc.) 2. The Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Procurement of Day-to-Day Office Supplies (Stationery, Computer Stationery, Cost of Other Store etc.)

3. Bidding will be conducted through Open-National, Post-qualification, Single Stage - One Envelope competitive procurement using Request for Quotation (RFQ) (Non-Bank SPD) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents.

5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from PMU Office, Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP), 05-Montgomery Road, Lahore and inspect the Bidding document during office hours from 0900 to 1700 hours and before the deadline of bid submission.

6. The Bidding document in English may be obtained from the office of undersigned during office hours before the deadline of bid submission or can be download from the website (https://pshealthpunjab.gov.pk/Home/Tenders). Any firm providing unsubstantiated and/or incorrect information are liable to disqualification and/or legal action.

7. Bids/Quotations must be delivered to the address below on or before [Tuesday, 08th September, 2026 till 1600 hours ] . Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids/Quotations will be rejected. Bids/Quotations will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on [Tuesday, 08th September, 2026 till 1630 hours ].

8. All Bids/Quotations must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of PKR 50,000 in favor of Program Director Punjab Family Planning Program in the form of irrevocable Bank Guarantee / CDR from any scheduled bank.

9. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
