The Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan through Government of Sindh has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Sindh Early Learning Enhancement through Classroom Transformation (SELECT) project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY OF SOCIAL-EMONTIONAL SUPPORT (SES) MATERIAL BOARDS FOR 150 SCHOOLS UNDER BATCH-2. The Project Implementation Unit (PMIU) SELECT, Reform Support Unit (RSU), School Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD), Government of Sindh, is inviting sealed quotations for the PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY OF SOCIAL-EMONTIONAL SUPPORT (SES) MATERIAL BOARDS FOR 15 0 SCHOOLS UNDER BATCH- 2. Interested bidders are required to submit their quotations based on the specifications and terms and conditions outlined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document. The RFQ document can be obtained can be downloaded from the website https://rsu-sindh.gov.pk free of cost, where the notice is also available. Bidding will be conducted through the Request for Quotations procedure as specified in the World Bank “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 [Revised Nov 2017 and August 2018]. Quotations must be delivered to the following address on 28th August 202 6 at 12:00 Noon , Late quotations will be rejected. Submission of quotations in electronic format is not allowed. Quotations must be submitted through physical means.
