The Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan Through Government of Sindh, has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Sindh Early Learning Enhancement through Classroom Transformation (SELECT) project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF PRINTING & SUPPLY OF IEC MATERIALS IN NEWLY CONSTRUCTED 150 SCHOOLS - BATCH-2 . The Project Implementation Unit (PMIU) SELECT, Reform Support Unit (RSU), School Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD), Government of Sindh, is inviting sealed quotations for the PROCUREMENT OF PRINTING & SUPPLY OF IEC MATERIALS IN NEWLY CONSTRUCTED 150 SCHOOLS - BATCH-2. Interested bidders are required to submit their quotations based on the specifications and terms and conditions outlined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document. The RFQ document can be obtained by downloading from the website https://rsu-sindh.gov.pk, free of cost, where the notice is also available. Bidding will be conducted through the Request for Quotations procedure as specified in the World Bank “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 [Revised Nov 2017 and August 2018]. Quotations must be delivered to the following address on 29th August 2026 at 12:00 Noon, Late quotations will be rejected. Submission of quotations in electronic format is not allowed. Quotations must be submitted through physical means in hard copy.
