Pest and Rodent Control and Monitoring Services

The City of Burnaby invites Proponents to submit Proposals from Proponents with the appropriate experience, expertise, qualified personnel and suitable equipment to provide pest and rodent control and monitoring services for various City of Burnaby (“City”) owned buildings and facilities, as further detailed herein. Proponents are cautioned that the timing of their submission is based on when the Proposal is RECEIVED by the on-line bidding system, not when a Proposal is submitted, as transmission can be delayed due to file transfer size, transmission speed, etc. For the above reasons, it is recommended that sufficient time is given to complete your submission and to resolve any issues that may arise. The closing time and date shall be determined by the on-line bidding system’s web clock. Proponents should contact bids&tenders support listed below, at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the closing time and date, if they encounter any problems. Late submissions are not permitted by the on-line bidding system. Proposals will not be opened in public.
