La Ville de Mascouche sollicite des soumissions en vue de conclure un contrat portant sur la conception, le financement, la construction, la mise en service, l'exploitation, l'entretien et le maintien des actifs de ses nouveaux ateliers municipaux, selon un mode de réalisation de type conception-financement-construction-opération (CFCO). Ce projet s'inscrit dans la démarche de modernisation des infrastructures municipales et vise la réalisation d'un bâtiment multiservices destiné à regrouper les activités des Travaux publics ainsi que divers services administratifs et de soutien. L'adjudicataire assumera la responsabilité globale de la réalisation du projet, incluant les services professionnels, la conception, les travaux de construction, le financement, la mise en service ainsi que l'exploitation, l'entretien et le maintien des actifs du bâtiment, conformément aux exigences contractuelles, techniques, fonctionnelles, réglementaires et opérationnelles définies dans les documents d'appel d'offres.
