De Provincie Utrecht neemt deel aan het Rijksprogramma Specifieke Uitkering (SpUk) Bedrijfsmatig Vastgoed die loopt tot 1 mei 2027. Binnen deze SpUk zitten twee programma’s, waaronder het Ontzorgingsprogramma MKB (OMKB). De provincie Utrecht heeft als taak om 591 micro en kleine mkb’ers te ontzorgen met verduurzamen van hun bedrijfspand.

De provincie is voornemens via een zogenaamde open house procedure Inschrijvers van energiescans voor bedrijfspanden en waar relevant de bedrijfsprocessen (zoals opgenomen in de EML-lijst en inclusief relevante bovenwettelijke maatregelen) te contracteren om toe te mogen treden in een “digitale kaartenbak”. Micro en kleine bedrijven die meedoen aan het Ontzorgingsprogramma OMKB en een energiescan nodig hebben, kunnen via een online kaartenbak zelfstandig een keuze maken voor de leverancier waarvan zij de energiescan willen ontvangen.
