De aard van de opdracht betreffen diensten. De vraag die vanuit de provincie Utrecht in de markt zal worden gezet betreft Handyman. De te contracteren dienstverlening bestaat concreet uit: - Alle 32 tramhaltes inclusief bestuurdersverblijven. - Locaties of Gebouwen, waaronder de tramremise terrein (Nieuwegein), busremise (Westraven, Zeist en Amersfoort). - De Remiseweg vanaf kruising Taludweg tot aan het toegangshek van het Tramremise terrein; - P+R Breukelen (P1,2,3) en P+R Science Park (P&R Amersfoort kan worden toegevoegd aan de opdracht). Het gaat hierbij om zowel preventief onderhoud, correctief onderhoud en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden welke in het PVE nader zijn toegelicht
