Omschrijving van de Opdracht De Opdrachtgever wil een raamovereenkomst afsluiten met één (1) opdrachtnemer voor interne verhuisdiensten met een initiële looptijd van twee (2) jaar met de mogelijkheid om deze overeenkomst tweemaal met één jaar te verlengen.

Scope van de Opdracht Het leveren van verhuisdiensten binnen het hoofdkantoor en overige vestigingen, bestaande uit: - Kantoormeubilair, zoals bureaus, stoelen, planten en kasten; - Delen van verdiepingen leeg maken en op een later moment terugplaatsen ten behoeve van de vervanging van de vloerbedekking; Het afvoeren en/of verplaatsen van meubilair naar een andere locatie, een opslag of een vuilstort; Handyman diensten verlenen; Aan- en afsluiten van bekabeling van de aanwezige ICT voorzieningen;(Cablemanagement) Archiefdiensten verhuizen. Opslaan van meubilair van opdracht Het ter beschikking stellen van een online platform dat real-time inzicht geeft in het aanwezige meubilair/ items in de opslag. Projectmanagement van huisvestingsprojecten Communicatie rondom verhuizingen
