ประกาศบริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) ทะเบียนเลขที่ 0107544000108 เลขที่ 1141000898 เรื่อง จัดซื้อพร้อมติดตั้งระบบ Online Gas Chromatograph (OGC) เพื่อทดแทนอุปกรณ์เดิมที่ Obsolete สำหรับ สถานี ERP, PRP, NPMR, NBMR, SBMR, RBMR และ CHANA-MR ด้วยบริษัท ปตท. จำกัด(มหาชน) มีความประสงค์ที่จะประมูลเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร จัดซื้อพร้อมติดตั้งระบบ Online Gas Chromatograph (OGC) เพื่อทดแทนอุปกรณ์เดิมที่ Obsolete สำหรับ สถานี ERP, PRP, NPMR, NBMR, SBMR, RBMR และ CHANA-MR สถานที่ส่งมอบ ณ ผู้ขายต้องส่งมอบตามที่ระบุในข้อกำหนดทั้งหมด ที่ บริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) สำนักงาน ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการชลบุรี เลขที่ 59 หมู่ที่ 8 ถนนบายพาส ตำบลนาป่า อำเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี รหัสไปรษณีย์ 20000 กำหนดส่งมอบ ผู้ขายต้องส่งมอบตามที่ระบุในข้อกำหนด ทั้งนี้ไม่นับรวมระยะเวลาที่ ปตท. ไม่อนุญาตให้เข้าดำเนินงาน/สั่งหยุดงาน โดยมีเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้ จำนวน 3 งวด ส่งมอบภายใน 400 วัน (ไม่เว้นวันหยุด) นับถัดจากผู้ขายได้รับหนังสือสนองซื้อ จาก ปตท. โดยมีรายละเอียดการส่งมอบ ดังนี้ งวดที่ 1 ส่งมอบ เอกสารการออกแบบทางวิศวกรรม (Engineering Document) ของระบบ Online Gas Chromatograph (OGC) และ เอกสาร Un-Price Purchase Order ของอุปกรณ์ Online Gas Chromatograph (OGC) ที่ผ่านการอนุมัติจาก ปตท. แล้วเสร็จ งวดที่ 2 ส่งมอบ รายงานผลการทดสอบ Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) ของอุปกรณ์ Online Gas Chromatograph (OGC) โดยผ่านการทดสอบตามข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิค ที่ผ่านการอนุมัติจาก ปตท. แล้วเสร็จ งวดที่ 3 ส่งมอบ อุปกรณ์ Online Gas Chromatograph (OGC) พร้อมอุปกรณ์ประกอบทั้งหมด และเอกสารทั้งหมดของโครงการ (Final Document) ที่ผ่านการอนุมัติจาก ปตท. แล้วเสร็จ ตามเงื่อนไขรายละเอียดรูปแบบและเอกสารแนบท้ายแจ้งความ ซึ่งถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแจ้งความ ดังนี้ - รายละเอียดตามข้อกำหนด ปตท. - ตัวอย่างหนังสือมอบอำนาจ - ตัวอย่างแบบหนังสือค้ำประกันธนาคาร - แนวทางการปฏิบัติอย่างยั่งยืนผู้ค้า ปตท. - แบบฟอร์มใบเสนอราคา 1 ชุด 1 แผ่น 1 แผ่น 1 ชุด 1 ชุด ผู้สนใจติดต่อขอซื้อรายละเอียดได้ในราคาชุดละ - บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว) ตั้งแต่วันที่ 25 กันยายน 2569 จนถึงวันที่ 01 ตุลาคม 2569 ระหว่างเวลา 09:00 -15:30 น. ยกเว้นวันหยุดราชการ ณ สถานที่ดังนี้ - ส่วนจัดหาและบริหารพัสดุ ศูนย์ปฎิบัติการชลบุรี เลขที่ 59 ม.8 ถ.บายพาส ต.นาป่า อ.เมือง จ.ชลบุรี
