ประกาศบริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) ทะเบียนเลขที่ 0107544000108 เลขที่ 1141000561 ครั้งที่ 3 เรื่อง จัดซื้อพร้อมติดตั้งชุด Instrument Air compressor ใหม่ พร้อมปรับปรุงตู้ระบบควบคุม สำหรับใช้งานบนแท่นกลางทะเล (ERP) ด้วยบริษัท ปตท. จำกัด(มหาชน) มีความประสงค์ที่จะประมูลเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร จัดซื้อพร้อมติดตั้งชุด Instrument Air compressor ใหม่ พร้อมปรับปรุงตู้ระบบควบคุม สำหรับใช้งานบนแท่นกลางทะเล (ERP) สถานที่ส่งมอบ ณ ผู้ขายต้องส่งมอบตามที่ระบุในข้อกำหนดทั้งหมด ปฏิบัติงานที่แท่นบริหารการจัดสรรและเพิ่มความดันก๊าซธรรมชาติในทะเล (PRP และ ERP) และนำส่งเอกสารส่งมอบที่ บริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการชลบุรี เลขที่ 59 หมู่ 8 ถ.บายพาส ต.นาป่า อ.เมือง จ.ชลบุรี 20000 กำหนดส่งมอบ 10. การส่งมอบงาน กำหนดการส่งมอบ ผู้ขายต้องส่งมอบตามที่ระบุในข้อกำหนด ทั้งนี้ไม่นับรวมระยะเวลาที่ ปตท. ไม่อนุญาตให้เข้าดำเนินงาน/สั่งหยุดงาน โดยมีเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้ จำนวน 2 งวด งวดที่ 1 ภายใน 180 วัน นับถัดจากผู้ขายได้รับใบสั่งซื้อ/สัญญา/หนังสือสนองซื้อ จาก ปตท. ทั้งนี้ไม่นับรวมระยะเวลาที่ ปตท. ไม่อนุญาตให้เข้าดําเนินงาน/สั่งหยุดงาน และเมื่อผู้ขายส่งมอบรายละเอียดดังนี้ - Site Survey พร้อมส่งมอบ Site Survey Report - ส่งมอบ Engineering Concept, Drawing โดยได้รับ Engineering Approval จากปตท. - ออกใบสั่งของ/สั่งผลิต Main Material และ Long Lead Items ครบทุกรายการ งวดที่ 2 ภายใน 480 วัน นับถัดจากผู้ขายได้รับใบสั่งซื้อ/สัญญา/หนังสือสนองซื้อ จาก ปตท. ทั้งนี้ไม่นับรวมระยะเวลาที่ ปตท. ไม่อนุญาตให้เข้าดําเนินงาน/สั่งหยุดงาน และเมื่อผู้ขายส่งมอบงานจัดซื้อพร้อมติดตั้งชุด Instrument Air compressor ใหม่ พร้อมปรับปรุงตู้ระบบควบคุม สำหรับใช้งานบนแท่นกลางทะเล (ERP) และ Final Report แล้วเสร็จ ตามเงื่อนไขรายละเอียดรูปแบบและเอกสารแนบท้ายแจ้งความ ซึ่งถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแจ้งความ ดังนี้ - รายละเอียดตามข้อกำหนด ปตท. - ตัวอย่างหนังสือมอบอำนาจ - ตัวอย่างแบบหนังสือค้ำประกันธนาคาร - แนวทางการปฏิบัติอย่างยั่งยืนผู้ค้า ปตท. - แบบฟอร์มใบเสนอราคา 1 ชุด 1 แผ่น 1 แผ่น 1 ชุด 1 หน้า ผู้สนใจติดต่อขอซื้อรายละเอียดได้ในราคาชุดละ - บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว) ตั้งแต่วันที่ 21 กันยายน 2569 จนถึงวันที่ 25 กันยายน 2569 ระหว่างเวลา 09:00 -15:30 น. ยกเว้นวันหยุดราชการ ณ สถานที่ดังนี้
