ประกาศบริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) ทะเบียนเลขที่ 0107544000108 เลขที่ 1191001963 ครั้งที่ 2 เรื่อง จัดจ้าง 4" Valve Corrosion Repair at PRP SDV equalize line โดยวิธีการ Inservice Welding ด้วยบริษัท ปตท. จำกัด(มหาชน) มีความประสงค์ที่จะประมูลเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร จัดจ้าง 4" Valve Corrosion Repair at PRP SDV equalize line โดยวิธีการ Inservice Welding สถานที่ส่งมอบ ณ ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งมอบตามที่ระบุในข้อกำหนดทั้งหมด ผู้รับจ้างต้องปฏิบัติงานตามที่ระบุในข้อกำหนดทั้งหมดที่แท่น PRP ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งมอบรายงานที่ ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการชลบุรี บริษัท ปตท.จำกัด มหาชน 59 หมู่ 8 ถนนบายพาส ต. นาป่า อ.เมืองชลบุรี จ.ชลบุรี 20000 กำหนดส่งมอบ 10. การส่งมอบงาน (แบบงวด) กำหนดการส่งมอบ ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งมอบตามที่ระบุในข้อกำหนด ทั้งนี้ไม่นับรวมระยะเวลาที่ ปตท. ไม่อนุญาติให้เข้าดำเนินงาน/สั่งหยุดงาน โดยมีเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้ จำนวน 2 งวด งวดที่ 1 ซ่อม 4" Valve Corrosion โดยวิธีการ Inservice Welding ของ PRP Incomming SDV ภายใน 60 วัน (ไม่เว้นวันหยุด) นับถัดจาก วันที่ ปตท.มีหนังสือแจ้งให้ปฏิบัติงานงวดที่ 1 ทั้งนี้ไม่นับรวมระยะเวลาที่ ปตท. ไม่อนุญาตให้เข้าดำเนินงาน/สั่งหยุดงาน งวดที่ 2 ซ่อม 4" Valve Corrosion โดยวิธีการ Inservice Welding ของ PRP Outgoing SDV ภายใน 60 วัน (ไม่เว้นวันหยุด) นับถัดจาก วันที่ ปตท.มีหนังสือแจ้งให้ปฏิบัติงานงวดที่ 1 ทั้งนี้ไม่นับรวมระยะเวลาที่ ปตท. ไม่อนุญาตให้เข้าดำเนินงาน/สั่งหยุดงาน *ปตท. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแจ้งเข้าดำเนินงานไม่เรียงตามลำดับงวดงาน ตามเงื่อนไขรายละเอียดรูปแบบและเอกสารแนบท้ายแจ้งความ ซึ่งถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแจ้งความ ดังนี้ - รายละเอียดตามข้อกำหนด ปตท. - ตัวอย่างหนังสือมอบอำนาจ - ตัวอย่างแบบหนังสือค้ำประกันธนาคาร - แนวทางการปฏิบัติอย่างยั่งยืนผู้ค้า ปตท. - แบบฟอร์มใบเสนอราคา 1 ชุด 1 แผ่น 1 แผ่น 1 ชุด 1 ชุด ผู้สนใจติดต่อขอซื้อรายละเอียดได้ในราคาชุดละ - บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว) ตั้งแต่วันที่ 23 กันยายน 2569 จนถึงวันที่ 29 กันยายน 2569 ระหว่างเวลา 09:00 -15:30 น. ยกเว้นวันหยุดราชการ ณ สถานที่ดังนี้ - ส่วนจัดหาและบริหารพัสดุ ศูนย์ปฎิบัติการชลบุรี เลขที่ 59 ม.8 ถ.บายพาส ต.นาป่า อ.เมือง จ.ชลบุรี
