ประกาศบริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) ทะเบียนเลขที่ 0107544000108 เลขที่ 1141000864 เรื่อง จัดจ้างออกแบบระบบ Freezer&Chiller ด้วยบริษัท ปตท. จำกัด(มหาชน) มีความประสงค์ที่จะประมูลเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร จัดจ้างออกแบบระบบ Freezer&Chiller สถานที่ส่งมอบ ณ ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งมอบตามที่ระบุในข้อกำหนดทั้งหมด ส่งมอบงาน Field Work ที่แท่น PRP และส่งมอบงานเอกสารที่ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการชลบุรี บริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) 59 หมู่ 8 ถนน บายพาส ต.นาป่า อ.เมืองชลบุรี จ.ชลบุรี 20000 กำหนดส่งมอบ 10. การส่งมอบงาน (แบบงวด) กำหนดการส่งมอบ ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งมอบตามที่ระบุในข้อกำหนด ทั้งนี้ไม่นับรวมระยะเวลาที่ ปตท. ไม่อนุญาติให้เข้าดำเนินงาน/สั่งหยุดงาน โดยมีเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้ จำนวน 3 งวด งวด 1 เมื่อส่งมอบ Site Survey Report ตามหัวข้อ 19.2 ภายใน 60 วัน (ไม่เว้นวันหยุด) นับถัดจาก วันที่ ปตท.มีหนังสือแจ้งให้ปฏิบัติงาน งวด 2 เมื่อส่งมอบ Engineering Study และ Concept Design Report ตามหัวข้อ 19.3 และ 19.4 ภายใน 90 วัน (ไม่เว้นวันหยุด) นับถัดจาก วันที่ ปตท.มีหนังสือแจ้งให้ปฏิบัติงาน งวด 3 เมื่อส่งมอบ รายละเอียดงานก่อสร้างที่เพียงพอต่อการนำข้อมูลไปใช้ในการออกเรื่องประมูลงาน โดยเอกสารที่จะต้องส่งมอบมีรายละเอียดตามข้อ 19.5-19.7 ภายใน 60 วัน (ไม่เว้นวันหยุด) นับถัดจาก วันที่ ปตท.มีหนังสือแจ้งให้ปฏิบัติงาน ตามเงื่อนไขรายละเอียดรูปแบบและเอกสารแนบท้ายแจ้งความ ซึ่งถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแจ้งความ ดังนี้ - รายละเอียดตามข้อกำหนด ปตท. - ตัวอย่างหนังสือมอบอำนาจ - ตัวอย่างแบบหนังสือค้ำประกันธนาคาร - แนวทางการปฏิบัติอย่างยั่งยืนผู้ค้า ปตท. - ใบเสนอราคา 1 ชุด 1 แผ่น 1 แผ่น 1 ชุด 1 ชุด ผู้สนใจติดต่อขอซื้อรายละเอียดได้ในราคาชุดละ - บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว) ตั้งแต่วันที่ 24 กันยายน 2569 จนถึงวันที่ 26 ตุลาคม 2569 ระหว่างเวลา 09:00 -15:30 น. ยกเว้นวันหยุดราชการ ณ สถานที่ดังนี้ - ส่วนจัดหาและบริหารพัสดุ ศูนย์ปฎิบัติการชลบุรี เลขที่ 59 ม.8 ถ.บายพาส ต.นาป่า อ.เมือง จ.ชลบุรี
