ประกาศบริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) ทะเบียนเลขที่ 0107544000108 เลขที่ 1141000869 เรื่อง จัดจ้างปรับสภาพพื้นที่ สถานี BV SB5 ด้วยบริษัท ปตท. จำกัด(มหาชน) มีความประสงค์ที่จะประมูลเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร จัดจ้างปรับสภาพพื้นที่ สถานี BV SB5 สถานที่ส่งมอบ ณ ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งมอบตามที่ระบุในข้อกำหนดทั้งหมด ที่สถานีควบคุมก๊าซ SB5 พร้อมทั้งส่ง Final Report ที่ บริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) ส่วนปฏิบัติการระบบท่อเขต 6 กำหนดส่งมอบ 10. การส่งมอบงาน (แบบงวด) กำหนดการส่งมอบ ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งมอบตามที่ระบุในข้อกำหนด ทั้งนี้ไม่นับรวมระยะเวลาที่ ปตท. ไม่อนุญาติให้เข้าดำเนินงาน/สั่งหยุดงาน โดยมีเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้ จำนวน 4 งวด ภายใน 210 วัน (ไม่เว้นวันหยุด) นับถัดจากผู้รับจ้างได้รับใบสั่งจ้าง/สัญญา/หนังสือสนองจ้าง จาก ปตท. ตามเงื่อนไขรายละเอียดรูปแบบและเอกสารแนบท้ายแจ้งความ ซึ่งถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแจ้งความ ดังนี้ - รายละเอียดตามข้อกำหนด ปตท. - ตัวอย่างหนังสือมอบอำนาจ - ตัวอย่างแบบหนังสือค้ำประกันธนาคาร - แนวทางการปฏิบัติอย่างยั่งยืนผู้ค้า ปตท. - แบบฟอร์มใบเสนอราคา 1 ชุด 1 แผ่น 1 แผ่น 1 ชุด 1 ชุด ผู้สนใจติดต่อขอซื้อรายละเอียดได้ในราคาชุดละ - บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว) ตั้งแต่วันที่ 01 กันยายน 2569 จนถึงวันที่ 11 กันยายน 2569 ระหว่างเวลา 09:00 -15:30 น. ยกเว้นวันหยุดราชการ ณ สถานที่ดังนี้ - ส่วนจัดหาและบริหารพัสดุ ศูนย์ปฎิบัติการชลบุรี เลขที่ 59 ม.8 ถ.บายพาส ต.นาป่า อ.เมือง จ.ชลบุรี
