TENDER NOTICE
1. Background
Bakshi Ka Talab block in Lucknow district faces increasing challenges related to declining groundwater levels and irregular water availability, especially in community-level institutions such as Aanganwadi centres. These centres play a crucial role in child development, nutrition, and community welfare, yet often lack sustainable water management systems. Rainwater harvesting (RWH) presents an effective, low-cost, and environmentally sustainable solution to recharge groundwater and ensure water availability. Implementing RWH systems in Aanganwadi centres will not only improve water security but also promote awareness about water conservation among the local community.
2. Objective
The key objectives of this project are:
- To enhance groundwater recharge in Bakshi Ka Talab area.
- To ensure sustainable water availability in Aanganwadi centres.
- To reduce dependency on external water sources.
- To promote water conservation awareness at the grassroots level.
- To develop a replicable model of rainwater harvesting for rural institutions.
- To improve hygiene and sanitation conditions in Aanganwadi facilitie.

- The Proposal must be on the company letter head with date, signature and company seal. (It is to be signed by the authorized person).
- Proposals must be submitted to Procurement Email ID: [contact details removed] Any proposal submitted to any other email id will not be considered.
- The Proposal to be submitted as two separate attachment – 1. Technical proposal as per the BOQ and Financial proposal in non-editable PDF Format.
- The proposal must have the subject mentioning the village name given in the table below of point 12.
- THE PROPOSAL MUST BE SUBMITTED AS A SEPARATE ATTACHMENT FOR EACH VILLAGE
- (four attachment). Kindly refer the BOQ given.
- Proposals received after due date will not be considered.
- Financial proposals must be submitted with inclusive of applicable taxes and mentioning the validity of the quoted rate.
- All terms and conditions must be clearly mentioned in the proposals.
- Incomplete proposals shall not be considered.
- The work shall be completed on or before 30th September 2026
- Payment shall be released based on the actual work completed and verified.
