No RfP Page No Clause No. Original Clause as per RFP Addi&on/ Revised Clause “read as” 1 18 SecLon I: InstrucLons to Consultants (ITC) – D. NegoLaLons and Awards AddiLon of new clause 34. As per the RfP, no Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is not required for the submission of the proposal. Further, bidders registered as Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), upon submission of valid registraEon and supporEng documentary evidence, shall be eligible for relaxaEon of 50 per cent in the prescribed Average Annual Turnover requirement at the pre-qualificaEon stage. 2 22 SecLon III: EvaluaLon and QualificaLon Criteria – Pre-qualificaLon criteria Sl. No 2: Turnover The Bidder should be having a posi3ve Net Worth and an Average Annual Turnover of at least INR 2.5 crores in previous three financial years (FY 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) from consultancy services in India. No 2-B 4 25 SecLon III – EvaluaLon and QualificaLon Criteria Technical EvaluaLon Criteria for SelecLon of Bidder – Sl. No 2-B • Team Leader - Urban Transport Planner (One) with more than 15 years of experience in works pertaining to preparaLon of Comprehensive Mobility Plan (CMP)/ Low Carbon Mobility Plan (LCMP)/ Integrated Green Mobility Plan (IGMP)/ Non-motorised Transport (NMT), Comprehensive Traffic & TransportaLon Study etc. along with an experience in preparing impact assessment, feasibility, service level benchmarking, etc. Minimum QualificaLon – Post-graduaLon in Transport Planning/ Transport Engineering or any transport related field from a recognised University/ InsLtuLon. At the Lme of bidding, the incumbent should be a full-Lme employee of the bidding firm/ enLty for over 1 year. The Team Leader shall serve as the primary point of contact for the assignment and shall in person adend review meeLngs with the PMC and NIUA at least once every fieeen (15) days, or as frequently required by PMC, to present progress, discuss key issues, and obtain necessary guidance and approvals. • Team Leader - Urban Transport Planner (One) with more than 15 years of experience in works pertaining to prepara3on of Comprehensive Mobility Plan (CMP)/ Low Carbon Mobility Plan (LCMP)/ Integrated Green Mobility Plan (IGMP)/ Non-motorised Transport (NMT), Comprehensive Traffic & Transporta3on Study etc. along with an experience in preparing impact assessment, feasibility, service level benchmarking, etc. Minimum Qualifica3on – Post-gradua3on in Transport Planning/ Transport Engineering/ Urban Planning (with experience in working and leading urban mobility related projects in the past five years of their work experience) or any transport related field from a recognised University/ Ins3tu3on. At the 3me of bidding, the incumbent should be a full-3me employee of the bidding firm/ en3ty for over 1 year. The Team Leader shall serve as the primary point of contact for the assignment and shall in person a_end review mee3ngs with the PMC and NIUA at least once every fi`een (15) days, or as frequently required by PMC, to present progress, discuss key issues, and obtain necessary guidance and approvals. 5 27 SecLon III – EvaluaLon and QualificaLon Criteria Technical EvaluaLon Criteria for SelecLon of Bidder – Sl. No 2-B • Gender and Inclusion Expert (One) with more than 5 years of experience in gender analysis or assessments of urban mobility projects. Minimum QualificaLon - Post-graduaLon in Gender Studies/ Social Science/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Urban Planning/ Urban Design or other related fields from a recognized University/ InsLtuLon. • Gender and Inclusion Expert (One) with more than 5 years of experience in gender analysis, gender-responsive stakeholder engagement, vulnerable-user engagement, universal accessibility, behavioural change, insEtuEonal sensiEsaEon, training, capacity building, and GEDSI-related work pertaining to urban mobility projects. Minimum Qualifica3on - Post-gradua3on in Gender Studies/ Social Science/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Urban Planning/ Urban Design or other related fields from a recognized University/ Ins3tu3on.
