Considering the scope of work primarily involves e -learning content development, instructional design, multimedia production, and learning solutions, we request that NIUA consider allowing participation by agencies with relevant experience, financial stability, and demonstrated capability in learning content development, even if they are not DAVP empanelled. Could NIUA consider relaxing this requirement or treating DAVP empanelment as a desirable rather than mandatory criterion? Kindly provide further details regarding the expected scope, duration, themes/to pics, and evaluation parameters for these sample videos. This clarification will help bidders prepare the presentation and sample submissions in line with NIUA's expectations and evaluation requirements. Sample videos of duration upto 5 minutes may be showcased during presentation. The presentation by the bidder should be focussed on the credentials presented in the Technical Proposal for this RFP in line with the requirements. 4 Pg. 45 / Section VII – TOR 4(i)(a) Can NIUA provide access to the existing LCCM modules for review? Helps assess module complexity and estimate effort accurately The access to existing LCCM modules will be provided to the selected Agency. Determines editability, compatibility, and redevelopment effort. LCCM videos are in mp4 format. There are some slides in each module which requires additional text/ change in e-mail IDs/ text edits in line with program requirements or updation in policies. 3 6 Pg. 45 / Section VII – TOR 4(i)(a) Can editable source files and associated assets (graphics, audio, animation, subtitles, project files) be shared? Availability of source files directly impacts effort, timelines, and commercials. The editable source files will be provided to the selected Agency. 7 Pg. 45 / Section VII – TOR 4(i)(a) Can NIUA provide a module-wise change log identifying required edits for each existing module? Required to accurately estimate effort and resources. The module-wise change details will be provided to the selected Agency, approximately 250 frames are required to be updated. 8 Pg. 45 / Section VII – TOR 4(i)(a) Are content updates involved in addition to animation and branding updates? Impacts instructional design, QA, and development effort.
