A make-up site visit for individuals who were unable to attend the initial session will be held on August 26, 2026, at 9:30 AM EST. Attendance is limited to two (2) vendor representatives’ maximum. RSVP is required no later than 1:00 PM on 24 August 2026. Please email the names of attendees to the POCs with the following information to confirm participation:

Important Requirements:

  • Location: 985 Rescue Road, PSFB FL, 32925.
  • Attendees must enter through the Patrick Space Force Base Force Base Visitor Center at least 20 minutes (9:10am) prior to meeting time to get signed on base.
  • Failure to RSVP or meet access requirements may result in denial of entry.

The government requires the installation and certification of a centralized compressed air and Grade D breathing air system for the new single-bay C-130 hangar at Patrick Space Force Base. See attachment 1 - PWS for full project description.
