Aanbestedende dienst wenst met onderhavige opdracht het contracteren van 1 partij welke de verzorging van uitvaarten conform de wettelijke taak van gemeente Eindhoven te bereiken. De opdracht betreft: het verzorgen van wettelijke uitvaarten in het kader en conform de bepalingen zoals opgenomen in de Wet op de lijkbezorging (Wlb) in opdracht van de gemeente Eindhoven, hieronder valt onder andere: • Vervoer van het overledene naar uitvaartcentrum en naar begraafplaats/crematorium; • Verzorgen van de crematie of begrafenis; • Aangifte doen van overlijden bij de Burgerlijke stand.
