De Universiteit Maastricht (UM) is op zoek naar een Payment Service Provider (PSP) om het online betalen te optimaliseren, te moderniseren en klaar te maken voor de toekomst. Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het contracteren van een betrouwbare, veilige, innovatieve en kostenefficiënte Payment Service Provider (PSP) voor de afhandeling van al onze online betalingen. Het nieuwe betaalplatform dient te zorgen voor een veilige betaalervaring voor onze klanten en medewerkers en volledige naleving van de geldende wet- en regelgeving. De contractduur is 5 jaar met een optie tot verlenging van 5 maal 1 jaar (maximale contractduur is 10 jaar). Een uitgebreidere opdrachtomschrijving treft u als bijlage aan.
