Details

Universiteit Maastricht (UM) is voornemens een overeenkomst te sluiten voor de levering van circa 15.400 licenties AvePoint Control Suite Plus for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, inclusief de bijbehorende licentiegerelateerde dienstverlening. UM maakt momenteel reeds gebruik van oplossingen van AvePoint binnen haar Microsoft 365- en Power Platform-omgeving. Deze oplossingen zijn geïntegreerd in de bestaande technische en functionele omgeving van UM en maken onderdeel uit van de bestaande beheerprocessen en werkwijzen. Voor deze aanbesteding heeft UM er bewust voor gekozen het gebruik van de bestaande AvePoint-oplossing te continueren. Vervanging door een alternatieve oplossing zou aanzienlijke migratie-, implementatie-, configuratie-, test- en transitiewerkzaamheden met zich meebrengen. Daarnaast zou dit aanpassingen vereisen van bestaande beheerprocessen en werkwijzen en leiden tot aanzienlijke omstelkosten, implementatierisico's en risico's voor de continuïteit van de dienstverlening. UM is van oordeel dat deze gevolgen, mede gelet op het voorwerp en de omvang van deze opdracht, niet proportioneel zijn. Om deze redenen heeft deze aanbesteding specifiek betrekking op de levering van AvePoint Control Suite Plus for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. Deze aanbesteding is derhalve niet bedoeld voor de selectie of implementatie van een alternatieve softwareoplossing. De verwijzing naar AvePoint betekent nadrukkelijk niet dat de opdracht is voorbehouden aan AvePoint als fabrikant. De gevraagde AvePoint-licenties kunnen door meerdere wederverkopers/partners worden aangeboden. Hierdoor is daadwerkelijke mededinging op het niveau van de leverancier/wederverkoper mogelijk. De looptijd van de overeenkomst is 2 jaar met de mogelijkheid tot verlenging van 2 maal 1 jaar (maximaal 4 jaar). Gedurende de looptijd kunnen de aantallen worden aangepast.
