UNFPA hereby solicits a quotation for the Catering for the Triennial Orientation Workshop for MCPDP facilitators and Directors of Nursing Services in Kano from 22nd - 26th June 2026 providing accommodation and meals delivered to the Auditorium of Maryam Abacha University, Kano, Kano State

This Request for Quotation is open to all legally-constituted hospitality companies/hotels that can directly provide the requested products and services have legal capacity to deliver in Kano State.

Objective

The objective of the RFQ is to identify a supplier who can provide UNFPA with ALL of the mentioned products and services. The selected vendor is expected to provide such products and services, based on specific Purchase Orders submitted to the vendor

UNFPA is using Quantum, an ERP platform based Oracle Cloud, which supports the United Nations procurement processes.
