Venue for Midwifery Zonal Preceptorship in Kano State from 28 Nov – 6 Dec 2026

UNFPA hereby solicits a quotation for the Venue for the conduct of Midwifery Zonal Preceptorship Training for the North-West in Kano State from 28th Nov – 6th Dec 2026 providing meals, hall and accommodation for the activity. The items required are related to the provision of meeting room arrangements, meals (AM & PM Teabreak with Lunch) in Kano State.

This Request for Quotation is open to all legally-constituted and operational 3-4-star level hotels in Kano State that can directly provide the requested products and have legal capacity and residential base to deliver in Kano State Nigeria.

Objective

The objective of the RFQ is to identify a supplier who can provide UNFPA with ALL of the mentioned products and services. The selected vendor is expected to provide such products and services, based on specific Purchase Orders submitted to the vendor.
