De scope van de Opdracht omvat het leveren, implementeren, configureren en beheren van een IAM-oplossing, inclusief de migratie vanuit de huidige autorisatiestructuur uit G4Gem (dit is een database waarin dat geregistreerd staat), de inrichting volgens het functioneel ontwerp en het realiseren van de benodigde integraties. Het IAM-systeem dient in ieder geval de volgende componenten en integraties te omvatten:

  • Componenten: IDU-automatisering (instroom, doorstroom, uitstroom), aanvragen/goedkeuren/mandateren van Procesrollen en los aan te vragen autorisaties, autorisatiebeheer van Autorisaties, Procesrollen en HR-attributen. Integraties: HR-systeem YouForce, Active Directory (AD), ITSM Topdesk, e-mail-voorziening, datapakhuis en Microsoft Entra ID voor SSO. Zie aanbestedingsdocumenten.
