IT Hardware for DWC Project

The City of Greater Dandenong is seeking tenders for the supply and delivery of enterprise-grade IT networking equipment and supporting infrastructure for the Dandenong Wellbeing Centre (DWC).

The required equipment is detailed in the Bill of Materials (BOM).

The procurement is for supply and delivery only and excludes installation, commissioning and maintenance services. Delivery is indicatively required within six weeks of Contract award and must be completed no later than February 2027.

Background information / Compatibility requirements

The equipment is required to support the Dandenong Wellbeing Centre project and has been specified to meet the project's approved technical requirements.

Tenderers must supply the specific equipment, models and quantities identified in the BOM. Equipment must be genuine manufacturer product, sourced through authorised manufacturer distribution channels and supplied with applicable manufacturer warranties and product documentation.

Tenderers must identify expected lead times for each item and clearly identify equipment that cannot be delivered within the required timeframe. The pricing schedule also allows tenderers to identify suitable in-stock refurbished Aruba equipment where applicable.
