Beseitigung von tierischen Nebenprodukten nach § 3 Abs. 1 und 3 des Tierische Nebenprodukte-Beseitigungsgesetzes (TierNebG)

Lots Lot 1 — Rahmenvereinbarung über die Beseitigung tierischer Nebenprodukte gemäß TierNebG und AG TierGesG TierNEbG: Der Kreis Coesfeld beabsichtigt, die Pflicht zur Beseitigung von tierischen Nebenprodukten nach § 3 Abs. 1 und 3 des Tierische Nebenprodukte-Beseitigungsgesetzes (TierNebG) ab dem 01.01.2027 im Wege der Beleihung auf ein privates Entsorgungsunternehmen (beliehener Unternehmer, nachfolgend auch Beliehener oder Be-seitigungspflichtiger genannt) zu übertragen, soweit 1. keine überwiegenden öffentlichen Interessen entgegenstehen, 2. der Betrieb die in den Artikeln 6, 8 und 9 der Verordnung (EU) 142/2011 genannten Anforderungen an die jeweilige Art der Verarbeitung erfüllt und 3. gewährleistet ist, dass die übrigen Vorschriften der Verordnung (EG) Nr.1069/2009, der aufgrund dieser Verordnung erlassenen Rechtsakte, des TierNebG sowie die auf Grund dieses Gesetzes erlassenen Rechtsvorschriften beachtet werden. Tätigkeiten, die über diese Leistungsbeschreibung hinaus gehen, sind von der Übertragung der Beseitigungspflicht ausgenommen.
