Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens ist die Vergabe der Medizinischen Dienstleistungen in Zentralen Unterbringungseinrichtungen (ZUE) und Erstaufnahmeeinrichtungen (EAE) für Flüchtlinge des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen. Die Bezirksregierung Arnsberg leitet dieses Verfahren für die beteiligten Bezirksregierungen des Landes NRW. Vertragspartner des Auftragnehmers wird das Land NRW, vertreten durch die jeweils zuständige Bezirksregierung. Für jede Unterbringungseinrichtung wird jeweils ein Bieter/ eine Bietergemeinschaft mit der Durchführung der Dienstleistung beauftragt.
