Business Services Organisation (BSO) Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS), on behalf of all Northern Ireland Public Sector Bodies covered by the Northern Ireland Public Procurement Policy (NIPPP), is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the procurement of both disposable and re-usable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other Associated Products.
