Gleisneubau U1: - Rückbau von ca. 400 m Rasengleis System SSB (FF) Regelspur, Vignolgleis. - Neubau von ca. 370 m Stuttgarter Rasengleis System Rheda-City. - Rückbau von ca. 171 m eingedeckten Rillenschienengleis einschl. Betonplatte. - Neubau von zwei Überfahrten ca. 75 lfdm mit eingedeckten Rillenschienen. - Rückbau einer Kehrgleisanlage mit vier Weichen und einer Kreuzung mit Holzschwellen auf Schotterbett. - Neubau einer Kehrgleisanlage mit vier Weichen (zwei Gleiswechseln) mit Betonschwellen auf Schotterbett. - Herstellen von Fundamenten für C-Steine und Einzelfundamente des Daches. - Neubau von einem Überweg zum neuen Hochbahnsteig Lutherkirche und Umbau eines Z-Überweges zu einem geradlinigen Überweg. - Rückbau einer bestehenden Kabeltrasse einschließlich Ausbau von Bestandskabeln. - Neubau einer 8-zügigen Kabeltrasse mit Aufbauschächten. - Gründung von neuen Mastfundamenten für die Fahrleitung.
