Lots Lot 1 — Brandschutzertüchtigung der Betriebsräume - MSR-Technik für Lüftungsanlagen: Bestand: Die bestehenden Gebäudeautomationssysteme werden vollständig zurückgebaut. Zugehörige Kabel sind - soweit technisch möglich - bis zu ihrem Ursprung zurückzuführen und zu entfernen. Neue Anlagensysteme : Der neue Automationsschwerpunkt ASP01 wird im Erdgeschoss im Raum SH26 (Klimaanlage) errichtet. Die Einbringung des Schaltschrankes erfolgt trotz Lage im Erdgeschoss ausschließlich über Treppen und ist bei Transport und Montage zu berücksichtigen. An ASP01 werden folgende Anlagen angebunden: Wärmepumpe, elektrische Heizstäbe, drei Lüftungssysteme aus Einzelkomponenten, ein neues Umluftklimalgerät mit zwei Inneneinheiten sowie vier bestehende Umluftkühlgeräte. Bei den bestehenden Umluftkühlgeräten erfolgt ausschließlich die Aufschaltung potenzialfreier Status- und Störmeldungen. Der Anlagenaufbau ist den Beiblättern(GA-Schemata) zu entnehmen.Management - und Bedieneinrichtung Eine Aufschaltung auf die Management- und Bedieneinrichtung (MBE) ist aus wirtschaftlichen Gründen sowie aufgrund der perspektivisch geplanten Aufgabe des Standortes nicht vorgesehen. Kabelverlegung: Für ASP01 werden sämtliche Versorgungs-, Steuer- und Datenleitungen neu verlegt. Es sind ausschließlich halogenfreie Kabel gemäß Planungshandbuch zu verwenden.Wanddurchbrüche und brandschutztechnische Abschottungen der Kabeldurchführungen werden durch das Gewerk Bautechnik ausgeführt. Schnittstellen sind gewerkeübergreifend abzustimmen.
