Im Rahmen eines offenen Verfahrens gemäß §14 SektVO sollen nach HOAI 2021 §34 Leistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume (LP 1-3 und 5-8) sowie statischer Nachweis der Standfestigkeit als Leistung der Tragwerksplanung für die Brandschutzertüchtigung der Stadtbahnhaltestelle Marienplatz in Stuttgart vergeben werden.

Lots Lot 1 — Brandschutzertüchtigung Stadtbahnhaltestelle Marienplatz Stuttgart, Objektplanung: Die Stuttgarter Straßenbahnen AG beabsichtigen die Brandschutzertüchtigung der unterirdischen Haltestelle Marienplatz in Stuttgart Süd durchzuführen. Die Maßnahmen basieren auf einem brandschutztechnischen Gutachten und umfassen folgende Leistungen: 1. Abtrennung Treppenhaus mit Rauchschutzfassade Stahl/Glas 2. Rauchschutz-Türanlage in Rauchschutzfassade 3. Rückbau abgehängter Bestandsdecke und Planung neuer abgehängte Decke 4. Integration des Beleuchtungskonzepts und Kabeltrassen in die neue abgehängte Decke. Die Ausführung findet unter laufendem Betrieb statt mit Ausnahme einer Sperrpause im August 2027. Die Beauftragung orientiert sich an den den Leistungsbildern der HOAI 2021 §34 – Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume. Als Besondere Leistung ist ein statischer Nachweis für die Rauchschutzfassade und die abgehängte Decke zu erbringen. Diese Leistung ist in der Tragwerksplanung angesiedelt und ist mitanzubieten.
