Die ausgeschriebenen Sonnenschutzarbeiten/Verdunkelungen beinhalten: - Raffstoreanlagen außen - ein-/zweiteilig - motorisch betrieben - versch. Ausführungen, 45 Stck. - Verdunkelungen vertikal innen - motorisch betrieben, 6 Stck. Mit der Ausführung der Sonnenschutzarbeiten ist am 18.01.2027 zu beginnen. Mit der Ausführung der Verdunkelungen ist am 03.03.2027 zu beginnen.

Lots Lot 1 — Erweiterung Zeppelin-Realschule (Sonnenschutzarbeiten/Verdunkelungen): Projekt: Erweiterungsneubau der Zeppelin- Realschule Singen gegenüber dem bestehenden Schulgebäude Die Maßnahme wird gefördert aus dem "Kommunalen Sanierungsfond für die Sanierung von Schulgebäude" und aus dem "Startchancenprogramm" des Landes. Erweiterungsbau: dreigeschossiges, nichtunterkellertes Holzbaugebäude mit Massivkern. Umlaufende Flucht- und Wartungsbalkone aus Gitterrosten mit vorgehängten Netzgeweben, die partiell begünt werden. In dem Erweiterungsgebäude untergebracht werden - Mensa (Speisesaal, Ausgabe- und Spülküche) - Unterrichtsräume Technik mit dazugehörendem Maschinenraum - MINT-Räume (Biologie, Chemie und Physik) - 4 Klassenräume - Flure und erforderliche Neben- und Technikräume - Lüftungsanlage Flachdach als sogenanntes Retentionsdach und aufgeständerten PV-Anlage, Medienerschließung über das bestehende Schulgebäude.
