Lots Lot 1 — JVA RV, Neubau Heizzentrale, Techn. Baugrundausrüstung Geothermieanlage (estimated 1499082.10): Das Land Baden- Württemberg, vertreten durch den Landesbetrieb Vermögen und Bau, Amt Ravensburg, plant auf der Liegenschaft der Justizvollzugsanstalt Ravensburg, Hinzistobel 34, 88212 Ravensburg, den Neubau einer Heizzentrale im Zusammenhang mit dem Umbau und der Erweiterung der Strom- und Wärmeversorgung. Für die Wärmeerzeugung ist die Wärmequelle in und außerhalb des Areals der JVA Ravensburg mit insgesamt 77 Erdsondenbohrungen mit einer Tiefe von je 160 m zu erschließen (ca. 12.300 lfm). Diese sind aufgeteilt auf 3 Erdsondenfelder: VT1: 22 Erdsondenbohrungen VT2: 39 Erdsondenbohrungen VT3: 16 Erdsondenbohrungen Die Bearbeitung erfolgt anhand 2 Bauabschnitten: BA1: Erdsondenbohrungen inklusive Leitungsverlegung bis BE-Zaun Heizzentrale BA2: BE-Zaun Heizzentrale bis Hauseinführung Heizzentrale Einschl. Bohrgutentsorgung, Hinterfüllmaterial (ca. 250 m³), Leitungsgräben (ca. 1.550 m³), Soleleitungen DA50 (ca. 8.900 lfm), Verteilerschächte (3 Stk.), Wärmeträgerflüssigkeit (ca. 59.000 l) und Hauptsoleleitung DA 125 (140 lfm)/DA 140 (280 lfm)/DA 200 (150 lfm). Zur Ausführung der Leistungen sind die Anforderungen der Gemeinsamen Verwaltungsvorschrift Fremdpersonenüberprüfung vom 25.07.2017 (GABl. 2017, Seite 453) zu erfüllen.
