Der Eigenbetrieb Immobilien Kliniken Ostalb plant am Standort Essingen einen Klinikneubau als zentraler Regionalversorger mit ca. 650 Planbetten und -plätzen. Eng verzahnt mit den beiden dezentralen Standorten in Mutlangen (Stauferklinikum Schwäbisch Gmünd) und Ellwangen (St. Anna-Virngrund-Klinik) bildet der Regionalversorger zukünftig das Herzstück der Kliniken Ostalb. Damit wird auf einer Fläche von ca. 10 Hektar an der B29 bei Essingen ein Gesundheitscampus mit ganzheitlichem medizinischem Leistungsspektrum für die Menschen in der Ostalb-Region entstehen.

Lots Lot 1 — Leistungen gemäß HOAI Stand 2021 § 51 i.V.m. Anlage 14 im Leistungsbild Tragwerksplanung ergänzt um den Regelprozess BIM: Für das Klinikums-Hauptgebäude (inkl. Wirtschaftshof) und Energiezentrale sowie das MVZ/Ärztehaus und das Bildungszentrum/Pflegeschule ist eine stufenweise Beauftragung der HOAI-Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 jeweils getrennt je Gebäude und je Stufe beabsichtigt. Die weiteren Gebäude Kindertagesstätte, Personalwohnen, Rettungswache sowie Parkhaus und Sonderpflege sind nicht Gegenstand dieses Vertrages
