Lots Lot 1 — Wohnungsneubau Slatan-Dudow-Straße - Gartenstadt Drewitz, Potsdam - VE 300 Baustelleneinrichtung: Auf dem Baufeld ist der Neubau eines Wohngebäudekomplexes mit 5 oberirdischen Geschossen und 1 Untergeschoss geplant. Ein blockartig strukturierter hufeisenförmiger Baukörper, zum Nordwesten hin geöffnet, besteht aus langgestreckt angeordneten Wohngebäuden. Zum Innenhof befinden sich drei angelagerte Hofhäuser mit jeweils 4 Obergeschossen. Im Erdgeschoss des Baukörpers besteht teilweise eine Verbindung zwischen Hof und Außenraum. Im Gebäudekomplex sind 5 Aufzüge sowie 5 Treppenhäuser vorgesehen, zum Teil außenliegend. Die nahezu quadratische Baukörperabmessung weist Seitenlängen von ca. 101,25 x 105,00 m auf. Der Innenhof ist in einer funktionalen Gliederung und mit Begrünung geplant. Für den Gebäudekomplex ist folgende Nutzung vorgesehen: 226 Wohnungen, 1 Wohngemeinschaft mit 2 Einheiten für pflegebedürftige Personen, 1 Gemeinschaftsraum, Technikräume, sowie Fahrrad- und Abstellräume. Die ausgeschriebene Leistung umfasst folgende Leistungen: Bauzaun, Sicherheits-, Schutzmaßnahmen, Verkehrssicherung, Bauwasser, Abwasser, Büro-, Besprechungs-, Sanitärcontainer, Baureinigung, Entsorgung.
