PWC Suer Nord, Erd- und Straßenbau

Lots Lot 1 — Erd- und Straßenbau: Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes, Außenstelle Hannover der Niederlassung Nordwest plant den Neubau der PWC-Anlage Suer an der BAB A2 RiFa Hannover zwischen AS Kreuz Wolfsburg/Königslutter und AS Königslutter von Abs. 260 Stat. 3165 (Betr.-km 151,490) bis Abs. 260 Stat. 2177 (Betr.-km 152,488). Es sind insgesamt 78 Parkstände vorzusehen. Davon 25 für Pkws (inkl. zwei Behinderten-Parkstände), 50 für Lkws, zwei für Busse, ein für Pkw mit Anhänger und Wohnmobile. Zusätzlich ist ein Parkstreifen für Großraum- und Schwertransporte anzuordnen. Die Rastanlage erhält drei Fahrgassen für Lkw, wobei an der ersten Fahrgasse Parkstände für Schwerlasttransporte angeordnet werden. Über die mittlere Fahrgasse werden die Lkw-Parkstände in Schrägaufstellung angefahren. Die dritte Zufahrt dient als Zufahrt zu den Parkständen für Busse und Pkw mit Anhänger und Wohnmobile. Die nördlichste vierte Fahrgasse führt zu den Pkw-Parkständen. Die Fahrgassenbreite beträgt 6,50 m bzw. 5,50 m für Pkw. Die Breite der Lkw-Parkstände beträgt 3,50 m und die Tiefe 18,0 m. Das WC-Gebäude ist nicht Bestandteil der Ausschreibung.
