De overeenkomst betreft het in bouwteamverband uitwerken van het schetsontwerp (SO) tot een uitvoering gereed ontwerp (UO) en de realisatie van herinrichting Wilhelminalaan.

De overeenkomst kent twee fasen:

Ontwerpfase In deze fase wordt in overleg tussen opdrachtgever en opdrachtnemer een definitief ontwerp (DO) opgesteld. Door de inschrijver wordt het technische ontwerp (TO) vervolgens uitgewerkt in een RAW-bestek. Realisatiefase In deze fase maakt de inschrijver op basis van DO/TO en het opgeleverde RAW-bestek een uitvoering gereed ontwerp (UO) en realiseert inschrijver het ontwerp als hoofdaannemer.
