Mit dem vorliegenden Vergabeverfahren sollen Sicherungsdienstleistungen im Maßregelvollzug in der Klinik für Forensische Psychiatrie am Standort Asklepios Klinik Nord - Ochsenzoll beschafft werden. Die näheren Einzelheiten des konkreten Beschaffungsvorhabens ergeben sich aus den Vergabeunterlagen. Insbesondere ist in diesem Zusammenhang die Unterlage das Dokument „14 Leistungsbeschreibung“ maßgeblich zu berücksichtigen.
Lots Lot 1 — Sicherungsdienstleistungen im Maßregelvollzug - Asklepios Klinik Nord - Ochsenzoll: Ausgeschrieben werden Sicherungsdienstleistungen im Maßregelvollzug (Kontroll- und Wachdienstleistungen gem. DIN 77200) für die Klinik für Forensische Psychiatrie der Asklepios Klinik Nord – Ochsenzoll, Langenhorner Chaussee 560, 22419 Hamburg. Es handelt sich um eine hochsensible Tätigkeit im Bereich des Maßregelvollzugs (§§ 63, 64 StGB). Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere die Bedienung der Schleusenbereiche sowie der Zu- und Ausfahrt des Wirtschaftshofes, allgemeine Pfortendienste und Informationsanliegen, Personenkontrolle und Umsetzung der Besucherregelung, Schlüsselausgabe und -verwaltung, Bedienung der sicherheitstechnischen Anlagen einschließlich Brandmeldeanlage und elektronischer Zutrittskontrolle sowie die Überwachung des Areals über Videoanlagen und Kontrollgänge. Zu besetzen sind derzeit vier räumlich separate, miteinander vernetzte Schleusen, jeweils täglich an 365 Tagen im Jahr im Schichtbetrieb. Hinzu kommen auf Abruf zu erbringende Sonderbewachungen und Zusatzdienste – insbesondere sicherheitsrelevante Transporte und Vorführdienste, auch außerhalb der Einrichtung.
