De opdracht beoogt het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met maximaal drie uitzendkantoren en heeft tot voorwerp het op een flexibele wijze ter beschikking stellen van uitzendkrachten telkens wanneer de aanbestedende overheid hierop beroep wenst te doen om te beantwoorden aan haar specifieke behoeften. Binnen de raamovereenkomst kan de aanbestedende overheid de volgende diensten afnemen: - Uitzendarbeid met selectie en rekrutering door het uitzendbureau; - Uitzendarbeid met selectie en rekrutering door IVAREM (payroll); - Selectie met het oog op onmiddellijk een vast contract; - Flexi jobs (vrije optie).
