Details

Mit dem Umbau und der Sanierung des Studierendenwohnhauses im Plauener Weg 8 am Campus in Erfurt sollen 230 Wohnplätze grundlegend saniert werden. Zudem ist eine Gebäudeaufstockung geplant für die Schaffung zusätzlicher Wohnplätze für die Studierenden. Nach ThürBO 2024 § 53 werden die Wohnungen barrierefrei ausgeführt. Das Gebäude dient ausschließlich Wohnzwecken mit einem hohen Anteil an Einzelappartements mit eigener Sanitärzelle und Küchenzeile sowie 2-Raum-Appartements mit je eigenem Bad und gemeinschaftlicher Küche. Im Untergeschoss befinden sich die Fahrradräume, der Waschmaschinenraum sowie die Technikräume. Das umzubauende Gebäude stellt einen DDR Plattenbau des Typ WBS 70 dar mit 6 (+1) oberirdischen Geschossen und einem Sockelgeschoss (Kellergeschoss). Der Wohnkomplex besteht aus insgesamt zwei Gebäudeteilen (Trakten) und einem neu herzustellenden verbindenden Bauteil zur horizontalen Erschließung.
