Details
Das Knappschaftskrankenhaus in Sulzbach plant die Einrichtung der Intensivpflege in einem Erweiterungsgebäude. Das Gebäude wird sich im Bereich des jetzigen Haupteingangs an das Bestandsgebäude anfügen. Das Gebäude besteht aus einem Keller- und einem Erdgeschoss. Der neue Haupteingang ist diesem Gebäude dann wieder zugeordnet. Im Zuge dieses Neubaus wird es erforderlich, den Haupteingang für die Zeit der Bauphase komplett zu verlegen. Der temporäre Zugang soll über eine Fußgängerbrücke, bestehend aus einer temporären Gerüstkonstruktion, vom Parkplatz aus in die Eingangshalle erfolgen. Nach Fertigstellung dieser Maßnahme wird der bestehende Haupteingang zurückgebaut. Die Stützwand bleibt zunächst noch erhalten. Hierzu ist die im Leistungsverzeichnis beschriebene Aufzugsanlage erforderlich.
