Lots Lot 1 — Leistungen der Objektplanung Freianlagen, Leistungsphasen 3 bis 9, für den Ersatzneubau und die Umstrukturierung der Pfarrer-Kneipp Grund- und Mittelschule: Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, die Pfarrer-Kneipp Grund- und Mittelschule in Bad Wörishofen umzustrukturieren. Im Zuge der Umstrukturierung soll insbesondere die "Alte Turnhalle" abgebrochen und an deren Stelle ein Neubau errichtet werden. Die Umstrukturierung erfolgt in 2 Bauabschnitten, Bauabschnitt 1 (im Folgenden auch "BA 1" genannt) und Bauabschnitt 2 (im Folgenden auch "BA 2" genannt). Das Bauvorhaben soll mit Fördermitteln nach Art. 10 BayFAG realisiert werden. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Beschaffung von Leistungen der Objektplanung Freianlagen nach §§ 38 ff. der Verordnung über die Honorare für Architekten- und Ingenieurleistungen (Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure - HOAI) (im Folgenden nur "HOAI") für die Leistungsphasen (LPH) 1 bis 9 des Bauabschnitt 1 sowie die Leistungsphase 1 bis 3 des Bauabschnitt 2 für das Projekt "Ersatzneubau und Umstrukturierung der Pfarrer-Kneipp Grund- und Mittelschule in Bad Wörishofen". Die Leistungen werden stufenweise beauftragt. Für weitergehende Ausführungen wird auf die nachfolgenden Unterlagen verwiesen: - Anlage 802 - Leistungsbeschreibung; - Anlage 810 - Projektspezifische Unterlagen; - Anlage 906 - Vertrag.
