Die Stadt Ibbenbüren plant am Bildungsstandort zwischen Wilhelmstraße und Ledder Straße den Neubau einer Hauptschule und einer 5-Fachsporthalle. Für den Neubau der Sporthalle schreibt die Stadt hiermit die Leistungen der Wärmeversorgungsanlagen aus.
Lots Lot 1 — Wärmeversorgungsanlagen für den Neubau der Sporthalle Ibbenbüren: Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung, Montage und betriebsfertige Übergabe aller gebäudetechnischen Anlagen für Wärmeversorgungsanlagen. Auf dem Areal befindet sich im Norden an der Wilhelmstraße das Johannes-Kepler-Gymnasium inkl. 3-Feld Sporthalle. Daran schließt nach Süden die Erna-de-Fries Gesamtschule und die Sporthalle Ost (3-Feld) an. Die Verortung der beiden neuen Gebäude im Süden des bestehenden Campusgeländes vervollständigen diesen städtebaulich zu einem funktionalen und zukunftsorientierten Schul-, Sport, sowie Kulturstandort (Kultur- und Jugendzentrum Scheune, Hof Bögel-Windmeyer, Kletterwald, Heimathaus, Sportzentrum Ost). Der Neubau der Sporthalle positioniert sich im Süden des Grundstücks und vervollständigt gemeinsam mit der neuen Hauptschule den Schulkomplex zu einem funktionalen und zukunftsorientierten Campus.
