Wald und Holz NRW beabsichtigt, im Zuge des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens eine Rahmenvereinbarung (Stückkosten- und Zeitlohnvereinbarung) mit mehreren geeigneten Teilnehmern über die Durchführung von voll- und hochmechanisierter Pflege mittel Kleinharvester, teilweise inklusive Rückung, in den Forstbetriebsbezirken Schnorrenberg-06, Großgrimberg-11, Broichen-Steinhaus-12, Königsforst-13, Aulgasse-17, Dattenfeld-18 und Rodder-22 des Regionalforstamtes Rhein-Sieg-Erft abzuschließen.

Lots Lot 1 — Rahmenvereinbarung über die Durchführung von voll- und hochmechanisierter Pflege mittels Kleinharvester in verschiedenen Forstbetriebsbezirken des Regionalforstamtes Rhein-Sieg-Erft: Abgeschlossen wird eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Unternehmerpool. Alle geeigneten Angebote, die form- und fristgerecht über den Vergabemarktplatz NRW abgegeben werden, sollen Teil der Rahmenvereinbarung werden. Es wird eine Platzierungsliste (Abrufprotokoll) erstellt. Der Bieter mit dem günstigsten Angebot gelangt an Platz 1 der Platzierungsliste. Die nachfolgende Listung ("Ranking") ergibt sich ebenfalls anhand der Preise. Die Bieter werden somit unabhängig von der Platzierung ihres Angebotes mit der Aufnahme in den Rahmenvertrag jedenfalls potentielle Auftragnehmer der Einzelabrufe. Detaillierte Angaben zur Leistungserbringung sind dem Leistungsverzeichnis und der allgemeinen Leistungsbeschreibung zu entnehmen. Zur Veranschaulichung ist der Leistungsbeschreibung ebenfalls eine Übersichtskarte (Anlage 1) beigefügt. Es wird auf die AGB Forst NRW verwiesen.
