Der Landesbetrieb Wald und Holz Nordrhein-Westfalen beabsichtigt, im Zuge des vorliegenden Verfahrens, den Auftrag über die Durchführung von teilmechanisierter Holzernte über ca. 500 fm Nadelholz im Venner Moor an einen Auftraggeber zu vergeben. Für Details zur Leistungserbringung und -umfang wird im Besonderen auf anliegende Leistungsbeschreibung und Leistungsverzeichnis verwiesen.
Lots Lot 1 — Durchführung einer teilmechanisierten Holzernte im Venner Moor im FBB Tiergarten des Regionalforstamtes Münsterland: Teilmechanisierte Holzernte. Überwiegend Kiefer. Laubbäume nur bei Gassenanlage (Vertikalstriche blau). Starkholzharvester erforderlich. Forwarder muss, wenn bodenpfleglich möglich, spätestens eine Woche nach dem Harvester, die Holzbringung beginnen. Evtl. müssen Bänder aufgezogen werden. Hohe Anforderungen an die Gassentreue (Gassenmarkierung: Doppelquerstriche blau). Möglichst geringe Befahrung der Wanderwege (tlw. nur erdfest). Keine Fahrspur auf den Gassen tiefer 10 cm. Gekoppeltes GPS-System zwischen Harvester und Forwarder. GPS-Erfassung der eigenen Befahrung. Tägliche Übermittlung des Harvesterprotokolls. Entnahmebäume (markiert rot), die selbst zugefällt nicht von der Gasse aus erreicht werden können, verbleiben im Bestand. Verwendung von mechanischem Fällkeil. Asphaltierte Straßen müssen bei Verschmutzung spätestens am Arbeitsende täglich gesäubert werden. Karte anbei. Ergänzungen zur Legende: Poltermöglichkeiten = Polter; gelbe Linie = Weg.
