Neubau Kinderhaus Reichenbach

Lots Lot 1 — Neubau Kinderhaus Reichenbach - Fassade: Bei der Baumaßnahme handelt es sich um den Neubau einer Kindertagestätte in Reichenbach an der Fils. Das zweigeschossige Gebäude wird in Holzrahmenbau (Außenwände) und Holzmassivbauweise (Innenwände) hergestellt. Das Gebäude ist nicht unterkellert und befindet sich gegenüber der Sporthalle am Lützelbach. Das Grundstück wurde bis zum Beginn der Baumaßnahme als Parkplatz genutzt und weist eine leichte Neigung nach Süden auf. Im Bereich des Gebäudes ist eine Baugrundverbesserung vorgesehen; zudem wird das Gelände neu modelliert. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich mehrere Bäume, die im Zuge der Arbeiten besonders zu schützen sind. Inhalt der Ausschreibung sind u.a.: • Ca. 500 m² Holzfassade aus Weißtanne inkl. Unterkonstruktion und Wärmedämmung • Dachränder, Attika- und Sockelbekleidungen aus Farbaluminiumband • Ca. 130 m Holzlamellen (Querschnitt 70×120 mm, Einzellänge ca. 2,00 m) im Dachrandbereich liefern und montieren • Ca. 20 m Holzlamellen (Einzellänge ca. 6,00 m) inkl. tragender Stahlunterkonstruktion • Ca. 70 m Holzlamellen als Absturzsicherung an Balkonen und Außentreppen • Nachlaufende Ausführung: Erstellung eines ca. 5 m² großen Nebengebäudes in Holzbauweise inkl. Dämmung sowie Dach- und Wandbekleidung aus Aluminium
