Lots Lot 1 — VKE D113, A1, 6-streifiger Ausbau Münster - Osnabrück - BL3,4a_Prüfingenieur: Die Bundesrepublik Deutschland, vertreten durch die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes, vertreten durch die DEGES Deutsche Einheit Fernstraßenplanungs- und -bau GmbH, realisiert den 6-streifigen Ausbau der A 1 zwischen Münster-Nord und dem Autobahnkreuz Lotte/Osnabrück. Die A 1 "Hansalinie" ist eine Hauptverkehrsachse von überregionaler und europäischer Bedeutung. Im Zuge des Gesamtvorhabens wird die A 1 im vorgenannten Streckenabschnitt sechsstreifig ausgebaut. Im Zusammenhang mit dem Ausbau sind die vorhandenen Ingenieurbauwerke an die künftigen geometrischen, konstruktiven und verkehrlichen Anforderungen anzupassen bzw. durch Ersatzneubauten zu ersetzen. Das Gesamtbauvorhaben A 1 Münster-Nord bis AK Lotte/Osnabrück ist in insgesamt vier Planfeststellungsabschnitte aufgeteilt, wobei PFA 4 in die Teilabschnitte 4.1 und 4.2 untergliedert ist. Planfeststellungsbeschlüsse liegen vor. Im Zuge der Vorbereitung des 6-streifigen Ausbaus der A 1 werden mehrere vorhandene Überführungs-bauwerke durch Ersatzneubauten ersetzt. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Leistungsbeschreibung sind die erforderlichen Prüfingenieurleistungen für die Ingenieurbauwerke der Baulose 3 und 4a.
