Gegenstand des Auftrags sind Planungsleistungen (Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung) für einen Erweiterungsbau der Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie (KJPP) der Marien-Hospital gGmbH in 46483 Wesel bestehend aus den Leistungsbildern - Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung (§§ 49 ff. HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 14 HOAI) nach näherer Maßgabe des Entwurfs des Vertrages Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung, der den Bewerbungsbedingungen als Anlage 4 beigefügt ist.
Lots Lot 1 — Tragwerksplanung Erweiterungsbau Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie Marien-Hospital gGmbH: Gegenstand des Auftrags sind Planungsleistungen (Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung) für einen Erweiterungsbau der Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie (KJPP) der Marien-Hospital gGmbH in 46483 Wesel bestehend aus den Leistungsbildern Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung (§§ 49 ff. HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 14 HOAI). Mit Vertragsschluss erfolgt zunächst eine Beauftragung der Grundlagenermittlung nach LPH 1, der Vorplanung nach LPH 2, der (Projekt- u. Planungsvorbereitung), der Entwurfsplanung (System- und Integrationsplanung) nach LPH 3 und der Genehmigungsplanung nach LPH 4 HOAI. Der AG hat das einseitige Recht (Option), den AN entweder einmalig oder sukzessive (d. h. nach Fertigstellung der zuletzt übertragenen Leistungen) mit einer oder mehreren weiteren Leistungsphasen oder (Teil-) Leistungen daraus (z.B. einzelnen Leistungen oder Teilen von Leistungen) zu beauftragen (stufenweise Beauftragung). Ein Anspruch des AN auf Weiterbeauftragung besteht nicht.
