Die Stadt Pößneck (nachfolgend: Auftraggeberin) schreibt die Planungsleistungen für die verkehrliche und technische Erschließung des Wohngebietes "Zukunftspark Lederwerk Pößneck" zwischen Saalfelder Straße und Schlettweiner Weg aus. Gegenstand des Verfahrens sind die Leistungsbilder Verkehrsanlagen gemäß §§ 45-48 HOAI 2021 und Ingenieurbauwerke gemäß §§ 41-44 HOAI 2021.

Lots Lot 1 — Stadt Pößneck Vergabe Erschließungsplanung : Zukunftspark Lederwerk Pößneck: - Plangebiet ca. 270 m × 200 m, geplante Wohnbebauung ca. 50 Wohneinheiten - fünf Bestandsgebäude innerhalb bzw. angrenzend; ca. 14 neue Stellplätze im Norden - Verkehrliche Anbindung über Schlettweiner Weg / Schlettweiner Steig; Medienanschluss über steilen Hang zur B 281 (ca. 11 m auf 70 m, mittlere Neigung ca. 15,7 %) - Nord-Süd-Höhenunterschied ca. 7 m auf ca. 200 m (mittlere Neigung ca. 3,5 %) - Abstimmung mit dem städtebaulichen Rahmenplan und dem in Aufstellung befindlichen Bebauungsplan Mit Zuschlag werden die vollständigen Grundleistungen der Leistungsbilder - Verkehrsanlagen gemäß §§ 45-48 HOAI 2021 und - Ingenieurbauwerke gemäß §§ 41-44 HOAI 2021 für die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 4 beauftragt. Nach positivem Gremienbeschluss kann die Auftraggeberin weitere Leistungsphasen (5 bis 9) abrufen. Einen Anspruch hierauf hat der Auftragnehmer nicht. Die Leistungsbilder sind getrennt auszuweisen und zu bearbeiten. Honorarzone III für beide Leistungsbilder (Hanglage, komplexe Höhenplanung, Medienerschließung, Ingenieurbauwerke/Hangsicherung). Die Honorarzone ist vom Bieter zu bestätigen bzw. abweichend nachvollziehbar zu begründen.
